  2. Dear Sir or Madam-

I am a career attorney working for a DoD agency. My agency has just announced an SES opening (for which I am qualified) which I am interested in applying for. In this regard, I was curious as to the estimated cost and types of services that your firm can offer.

By way of background, I already have some self-written ECQs, but they could certainly use some additional work and editing. I also need some help putting together a hard-hitting, dynamic resume and cover letter.

Can you provide me with a rough estimate as to what how much it will cost to procure the following:

    1. Cover Letter

    3. Resume

    3. ECQs

Finally, will it be feasible for me to develop these finished products in time to meet a July 27th application deadline?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Response from Federal Guru:

    Good morning:

I happened upon your blog comment regarding our resume writing services and wanted to send you the required information:

First I would like to confirm that we can definitely meet your deadline. In general, it takes 3-5 business days to complete the first draft documents once we receive all of your information. For the high level SES packages, it generally takes another 3-5 days to collaborate with you to fine tune the documents. The total turnaround time on an SES package is approximately 6-10 days to final completion.

Our <a href=”http://www.federal-resume-writers.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=27″ rel=”nofollow”><strong>SES package</strong></a> is $379 USD, is very comprehensive and includes the following:
    • SES federally formatted resume in MICROSOFT WORD format
    • Resume in PLAIN TEXT format (for any required online submissions)
    • Resume in PDF format
    • CUSTOMIZED Cover Letter in MICROSOFT WORD format
    • 5 ECQ statements

If you have a job posting that requires more than 5 ECQ statements or PTQ statements, the additional cost is $139 for an additional 5 statement points covered.
Right now, we are offering a promotion of $20 off any resume package for new clients registering on the http://www.MyResumeManager.com website.
If you would like more information on this package, or to order directly, please <a href=”http://myresumemanager.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=23 ” rel=”nofollow”>visit the following link</a>:

  3. I recently applied for a position with a Federal agency. Prior to learning that I did attain the requisite score (or higher), I noticed that the vacancy announcement had been substantially altered (by the agency).

Do I have any recourse? (To my knowledge, no selections have been made at this time.)
